What is a Documentary and Ethics Lectures
- As part of the documentary brief, we were given a lecture on the sub-genres of a documentary and how a film would be considered a documentary. I made notes during this lecture, to help with our own work on the animated documentary.
- In addition to this, we also had a lecture on Ethics, the following week, which explains about ethical legalities and subjects we need to be considering when creating a documentary, such as having written consent and what is considered researcher bias. Here are the notes from both lectures:
